This blog is about social [r]evolution – open web, open science and open society. Occasional “biogeek open notebook” reflections and thoughts on semantic science web are also somewhat possible.
In real life I’m working in the field of biomolecular NMR at Biozentrum, University of Basel. Acquired bachelor and master at Saint-Petersburg State University (Russia), majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology. Along the way have also grabbed some experience in organic chemistry, graphical design and web development. Later performed a delocalized PhD in structural molecular biology between ETH Zurich and Uni Basel, and am following the same research track for the moment.
My scientific interests relate to leucine zippers, NMR, cell signaling and semantic science web.
